Is

A research programme on how law can remain an authoritative, reasoned, legally accountable and constitutionally legitimate order when intelligence, human, organisational, computational or hybrid, participates in forming, carrying or transforming legal authority.

Is not

An operational system · AI-compliance software · automated law · a country ranking · a legality score · institutional endorsement, including by the IGF. Its doctrines are jurisprudential formulations, not enacted law or an institutional deployment.

The Book engages competing doctrine, primary law and institutional practice directly, and related and neighbouring doctrines stay visible. No claim of exclusivity or endorsement.

What is sold here, and why

The Codex and the Book pay for the reading, not for the law.

Membership

Pays for the published Codex, the Intelligence Engine and the work of keeping both current. It buys access, not influence over findings.

The Book

The digital edition of the whole book, twenty-eight chapters, when the Author releases it; a pre-order until then, refundable in full before delivery.

Institutional licence

Seats for a faculty, a court, a ministry or a firm, so the text is read where institutional acts are made.
