Terms of service

These terms govern the use of www.jus-automica.digital (the Site) and the purchase of Codex membership, the Book and institutional licences (the Products). The Site is operated by KSC.JUSNREM (we, us). By creating an account or buying a Product you accept these terms.

1. The Products

Codex membership is a subscription giving one named reader access to the published chapters of the JUS.automica Codex, the Intelligence Engine and related material for as long as the subscription is active. The Book is a one-time purchase of the digital edition of JUS.automica: A Jurisprudence of the Intelligent Order, delivered when the Author releases the text; until then it is a pre-order. An institutional licence is an annual subscription giving a named number of reader seats to one institution, managed by the licence holder.

All Products are digital. Access is personal to the named reader and may not be shared, resold or scraped. Institutional seats are for named individuals at the licensed institution.

2. Payment

Payments are taken by one of our payment partners: Paddle.com Market Ltd or Lemon Squeezy LLC, each acting as merchant of record (the partner sells the Product to you, collects applicable taxes and issues the invoice), or Stripe, in which case KSC.JUSNREM is the seller and Stripe processes the payment. The partner used is shown at checkout, as are the price and the taxes for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.

3. Cancellation and refunds

A subscription may be cancelled at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Nature of the content

The Codex, the Book and the output of the Intelligence Engine are scholarly and institutional research. Its doctrines and canons are jurisprudential formulations, not statements of enacted law. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, no lawyer–client relationship arises from its use, and no governmental authority is represented. The Intelligent Institutional Act Test produces findings, not scores, rankings or determinations, and a record produced with the Engine is the reader’s own working document.

5. The Intelligence Engine

The Engine answers from the published Codex and from general public-law reasoning, using a large language model operated by Anthropic. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete and must be checked against primary sources before any reliance. Use is subject to a daily allowance that depends on your plan. You may not use the Engine to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory or that identifies private individuals without a lawful basis.

6. Intellectual property

The text of the Codex and the Book, the doctrines and their names, and the Site’s design are the copyright of Khurram Chughtai and KSC.JUSNREM. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read; it does not transfer copyright. Short quotations with attribution for scholarship, criticism and review are welcome.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your e-mail address secure, since sign-in links are sent there. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Site or a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms; the date above shows the current version. A material change to a subscription will be notified by e-mail before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then.

10. Contact and law

Questions and complaints: contact@ksc-jusnrem.io. These terms are governed by the law of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence; where a payment partner is merchant of record, its own terms also apply to the sale.
