IGF Village
JUS.smart – Legaltech Ecosystem
JUS.smart, the public-interest programme of KSC.JUSNREM, was listed in the official IGF 2024 Village exhibition and booth plan as “JUS.smart – Legaltech Ecosystem”, at booth U-03 in the Southern Area.
The research initiative traces its own development to that engagement: JUS.automica took shape through the programme’s work across 2024 to 2026, beginning with the IGF 2024 Village. That is the author’s account of the work’s origin, not a claim of endorsement by the Forum.

Launch / Award Event
The Intelligent Institutional Act Test: A Public Instrument
A proposed session introducing the JUS.automica research initiative and its Intelligent Institutional Act Test for critical examination: the Test organises questions about competence, judgment, adoption, attribution, evidence, contestability and correction around one dated institutional act, and does not by itself define the initiative or establish its doctrines.
An Introductory Memorandum accompanies the proposal for scholarly discussion in the IGF community. It sets out the founding argument, the principal doctrines and the research programme, and states that its circulation invites exchange and implies no IGF endorsement.

Networking Session
Global Observatory of Intelligent Public Institutions
A proposed forty-five-minute working session in which practitioners, auditors, judges and researchers contribute and review comparable records of single public acts involving intelligent systems, using the eight gates of the Act Test with no aggregate score and casework from Robodebt, NADRA and PakID, and faceless tax and customs assessment in India and Pakistan.
“Global” describes the comparative architecture and the invitation, not present coverage. The Observatory reports no verified public records until a named independent verifier completes its protocol, and claims no partners or funding without documented agreement.
